It is important to note down 'web application number' for identification of registration details submitted to DHA Islamabad.

Also mention 'web application number' in deposit information when depositing US$5000 in bank.

Confirmation of your order will be emailed to you by DHA Islamabad which will contain the 'web application number', user profile and details of the product ordered. Take copy of this email to your bank when depositing US$ 5,000.

Your selection in order of three priorities is to save time if your first priority has been sold during the online ordering process. The purchaser whose deposit of US$5000 is recieved first into the DHA Islamabad account will recieve the first plot of their choice.

You can purchase only one product on each login. If you want to order more than one product, you have to login into system each time and order the product of your choice.

When you confirm the order, you will recieve an email containing 'web application number', ' web application number issue date' , 'user profile' and 'details of product purchased'. For further purchase of products login again and order product of your choice.

Take printout of the email. Take email to your bank, mention 'web registration no' in deposit information and deposit US$5000 within 3 working days.

You are required to Deposit US$ 5,000/- (Registration fee / Earnest Money) within 3 working days (in your nearest Askari Bank Ltd or The Bank of Punjab) in DHA Islamabad account with following instructions to your banker.

Option 1 (Askari Bank Ltd):

Option 2 (The Bank of Punjab):

The customer should contact within 3 days with DHA Islamabad or Colliers International, other wise customer's order will be cancelled.

It takes 2 - 3 weeks to intimate that the amount is received in the Pakistan Bank. When amount is received then a confirmation email is sent to the Coordinator as well as the Client. Status of the selected plot of the client is changed from 'pending' to 'sold' on the site map of overseas sector. Client can contact us within 30 days.

PS contains overseas map. User is also provided with the detailed images of the villages in overseas sector. User will be able to view the plot number and will select the plot of his choice.

User has to mention the 'VILLAGE # AND PLOT #'. Client is required to deposit US$ 5000 in bank and email / fax 'bank receipt' to DHA Islamabad within 3 working days.

Plot Selection contains Overseas map which will allow the client to select plot of their choice. Map will be indicating different plot status like 'avialable', 'payment pending', 'sold'. On magnification of the map, user will be able to see the plot numbers.

After login and product selection, the user is required to choose priorities of the product by selecting the 'VILLAGE # AND PLOT #' on E-RECEIPT. Map is provided on the 'E-RECEIPT' page.

After the order of the product, client is required to deposit US$ 5,000 in bank and email / fax 'bank receipt' to DHA Islamabad within 3 working days.
